TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Appointment Booking:

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

• We offer mobile massage services to individuals in their place of residence as well as businesses/office locations for chair massages for staff and employees. Availability may vary based on location and therapist availability.

2. Payment and Fees:

• Payment is due at the time of service. Our rates are $80 for an hour massage and $120 for a 90-minute massage. Chair massages for employees are available hourly starting at $320 for 2 hours.

• Additional fees may apply for travel outside of our standard service area or for specialized services.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing a suitable and safe environment for the massage therapy session to take place.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries to the therapist before the session begins.

• Clients agree to treat the therapist with respect and refrain from any inappropriate behavior during the session.

5. Liability and Disclaimer:

• Clients acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and should not be used as such.

• Client records and information will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Referral Program and Gift Cards:

• Referral program rewards and gift cards are subject to their respective terms and conditions, as outlined at the time of issuance.
