Arrival Time: Your comfort and relaxation are our top priorities. To ensure your massage begins promptly and without rush, our therapist will arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service to set up. If you're running late, please note there's a 15-minute waiting period from the start time. After this, a $40 charge applies for every 15-minute interval or your service may be shortened to stay on schedule.

Menu: Service selections and pricing are periodically updated and available in our brochures at the spa and online on our website.

Hours of Operation: I operate 4 days a week, Monday to Wednesday, from 12:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturdays, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

Refusal of Service: I reserve the right to refuse service to any client acting inappropriately or not disclosing relevant medical conditions. Certain medical conditions may contraindicate massage therapy and must be disclosed prior to the service.
